What I Can Do For You

Today, a client emailed me a question about Facebook, prefacing it with “I don’t know if you deal with this much but…”

YES! Yes, I do!

It then occurred to me that I’m clearly not doing a very good job of letting my clients know what it is I can do for them. So here I am, with a bit of a reminder for the long-timers and some news for the newer folks.

Website building and maintenance: The web has changed a lot since I started building websites in 1998, but I am still doing it! I am focused on building WordPress-driven websites, which save my clients time and money. I have a team of programmers and database developers who assist from time to time as well. Maintenance packages are great, too, because they allow you to not worry about your website at all — I’ll take care of it for you!

Search Engine Optimization: If you build it, they don’t necessarily come. Would you open a restaurant and not let people know it exists? Your site is an organic, living, growing entity and the search engines are an ever-changing maze of technological algorithms that will drive you batty if you don’t have a GPS to help you navigate. I will be that GPS for you, using a roadmap of search phrases, content additions, social marketing, and plain old common sense to help get the word out about you and your business. I spend a lot of time reading and studying the best SEO methods so that you don’t have to.

Consulting: Not sure about any of this Internet Stuff? Well, I am and I can help you (that GPS thing again) navigate. What’s the best social media for your business? How to do a Facebook ad? Why do I want to Tweet? I can advise you or flat out boss you around (depending on what kind of encouragement you need, of course) so that you can get to it.
