Here are some helpful tidbits to keep in mind when working with eeep! productions:

• Our office hours are Monday-Wednesday 9 am - 5 pm Mountain Time. We tend to schedule meetings Wednesdays through Fridays, so if you need us urgently, please leave a message to that effect.
• One can generally see if Tracey is working at the computer by messaging traypup on AIM. However, do not leave crucial messages or job instructions via IM. Email is always best!
• Turnaround times for projects vary. A simple site update to one or two pages could possibly be completed within 24 hours, but allow 24-48 for these types of changes. Larger site updates, upgrades can take anywhere from 48 hours to a week or two to complete. If you are in a rush, please make every attempt to give us enough notice and to let us know your timeframe so that we can do everything in our power to accommodate your needs.
• If you are a happy client who would like to link to this site, we will supply you with code to do that, and we will give you a reciprocal link as well. Email us for more information!
• If you are not a client and are looking for a link to your site, please email us with the specifics. If your product/service is compatible and acceptable, we will be happy to oblige with a reciprocal link.
