I've received a lot of awesome feedback from you and I'm grateful for how amazing my clients are. If we haven't had our consultation call, please do get in touch as soon as it's convenient for you. Exciting Thing #3: Desktop Support Without That Pesky Travel!

In the spirit of saving money, I've been trying to find the best way to help my customers with computer problems and training without having to get on a plane. Luckily, there are tools available for both Macs and PCs that will allow us to talk and to share our screens. I'll be able to see what you're seeing and help you troubleshoot the computer problems that are perplexing you. Likewise, we'll be able to easily do training on all sorts of computer applications, including your blogs and other site tools.

If you are a Mac user, we'll be utilizing iChat. I will set up iChat instructions on my site in the next week for those who have never used iChat before. Watch my blog for an announcement on that.

For PC Users, I am now using GoToAssist Express. It's as simple as going to a web page and entering a code that I will give you for our session.

If you have a maintenance plan with eeep! productions, training time may fall under your agreement with me. If you do NOT have a maintenance plan or your plan doesn't cover official training, there will be a $25 fee per session in addition to my hourly rate. Exciting Thing #4: Office Closed on Fridays For the Summer

Beginning on Friday, May 22, the office will be closed on Fridays for the summer. My experiment last summer was so successful and productive, I just couldn't pass it up this year. Granted, this means longer days four days a week, but I think it's worth it. Please keep this in mind when planning your website updates and email marketing. Of course, I'll still be reachable in case of emergencies and will have a backup in place if I'm going to be away from the internets all weekend. I'll get back to normal hours after Labor Day weekend. Thanks for your support!
